I'm back....

Wow! So much has happened since my last post! In one week, we moved house, Shane started a new semester of classes, and Shane finished work. It has been a whirlwind to say the least.

We were at Mum and Dad Elson's house a few days and then we headed to Hervey Bay for a week. It was nice catching up with friends and sharing about Indonesia. We had some busy times and some not so busy times. We really liked the unit we stayed in! It is so hot here and it had great air-conditioning!

Last Tuesday, we flew from Hervey Bay to Sydney. We spent time visiting with Shane's Nan and Pop as well as seeing heaps of family in Gosford, NSW. We are now actually in Sydney at Shane's Aunty Maureen and Uncle Dave's house. We had a good night last night sharing with a group at All Saints Anglican Church. For lunch today, we spent some time with some great supporters and friends of ours. Tomorrow, we have a big family lunch. Noah and Dave get to meet the "triplet cousins" (Bailey, Dominic, and Jessie) and Maggie gets to meet Zac. We are excited to see them all too!!!! The last time we were in Sydney, Noah was only a few weeks old-so it has been awhile since we have seen everyone.

Our poor kids have had a bit of a rough go with all the traveling. Today was the first day since leaving Bundy that Maggie has had a proper morning nap and tonight was the first night we have had the kids in bed at a decent hour in over 2 weeks. They are exhausted and really struggling with moving from place to place. Poor Dave woke up in the middle of the night last night screaming for his little cousin and wanting to know where MJ had gone! So...please just keep our kids in your prayers as things are not so easy for them these days.

Some highlights from our trip so far:
*The boys really loved seeing "the girls" in Hervey Bay.
*The boys loved the water park in Hervey Bay! We went twice-so great!
*Aunty Linda is Dave's favourite because she will feed him anything and even let him dip his finger into the peanut butter jar!!!!
*Seeing Nan and Pop has been so great and we are so blessed with such faithful grandparents! We love talking with them and it has been a real special time especially for Shane.
*Noah, Dave, and Maggie love cousin MJ! So cool to finally meet her in person!
*Playing with the tricycles at Aunty Maureen and Uncle Dave's house. Because of the triplets, they have 3 of everything! More than enough for my boys!!!
*Uncle Dave's Ipad! I WANT ONE!

Please pray for our appointment with the US embassy on Monday morning-9:00am. We are going to have to be up and going early because of catching trains at peak hour with 3 kids!!!!! Pray that everything goes smoothly and that we dont loose any kids!!! We are going to take them down to the Opera House and hopefully take them on the ferry. The US embassy is just across from Sunrise-so be on the look out for us all. You wont miss us-we will have all 3 kids! Did I mention that we are going to take 3 kids into Sydney???!!!!!

Well....I must be off for now. We have only just now been able to hook up our computer to proper internet. I will not update again till we get home on Tuesday/Wednesday! Thanks for praying!
