Noah's Birthday and Farewell

Here are some photos from Noah's birthday. On his actual birthday, he only got out of bed to blow out some candles and open presents. He looks so happy though!!!! Because his party was cancelled, Shane bought him a soccer cake. He didnt eat a bite! Poor thing.

His birthday party and farewell party was moved to Friday, and the doctor gave us the ok to go ahead with things so that Noah could get a change to say his goodbyes. Dengue isnt contagious so that isnt a problem. However, if a mosquito bites him. It then becomes infected, and then if it goes to bite another person, they become infected. So we are all lathered up with repellent!!!!

Noah did so well at school. He held out for a long time, but when we finally got home, his fever was so high! So keep praying! Praise the Lord for Noah's time at Wesley International School! We are so very thankful!

Noah is doing better. Some of his results are showing signs of Typhoid as well. The doctor here has decided to treat him for Typhoid too, so he will be on medicine for the next 10 days. We are pretty sure it is dengue though, and his temperature still continues to go up and down and headaches are frequent. He is starting to eat better!

Dave and Maggie bought Noah a beach towel!

Noah's favorite gift from Daddy-A magnifying glass

Every person in his class had a birthday gift for him! wow!

His class made a book for him. It has every student's picture, a letter to  Noah from each student, and  a picture drawn by each student in his class. So blessed by friends!

Noah and Teacher Ira. She has been with him since first grade. She is a teacher aide, and she made me cry telling Noah that God would go with him wherever he went!

Noah and his 1st grade teacher, Aunt Marilyn

Noah and Aunt Robyn. Aunt Robyn is probably our most special person in Malang. She is high school principle, but  her and Uncle Kevin are my kids most favorite people!

Saying Goodbye. His friend, Brandon, is wearing a mask because he is sick too!

Noah and his teacher, Aunt Mare!

His class!
