Hitting the ground running...

We hit the ground running early Sunday morning! We had to leave at 7:30am to get to church in time to get things settled and set up (that means getting up extra early for all of us to have showers and get the kids dressed. I get all of our clothes and things ready the night before, but it still takes a significant amount of time to get us all organized). We had a wonderful time with all of the people. So nice to chat with people we had met last time when we were here and so awesome to meet new people. Noah got to go to Sunday School and Dave got to go and play in the Creche. Noah was a bit reluctant to go to Sunday School, but I ended up going with him and he went fine.

It is always interesting to see how the Lord works when we visit churches. We are always surprised with special blessings and this time was no different. We only shared during the missions spot so we had a chance to sit in and listen to the message. What a great message it was!!! So good to just have a chance to sit back and be taught straight from God's Word. After speaking, the church took some time to just pray for us...so encouraging when people get around us and just pray. I am so thankful that the Lord gave us this opportunity to share about what He is doing in Asia...but I am also thankful for the encouragement that He gave us through the people, the teaching, and the prayers lifted up to Him on our behalf!
