We return home tomorrow. We are missing home!!!!!! Our language visas were not ready in time. So pray for us as we enter country tomorrow on a tourist visa as we wait for our language one to be ready. We did get an email on Thursday saying it looks like our language visa will be ready next week. What timing!
So...what this means is that we will need to exit again when our language visa is ready. We are going to try and do this in September. We want to get our book 3 test finished and our family needs a bit of a travel break before our next visa run. As we were leaving the house to drive to the airport, Dave asked if we would be coming back to our house or if we were moving again!!!! God is so wonderful to help us see our life through the eyes of a child. Lord give us the grace we need as You navigate this journey we are on!!!!!!
Our time in Singapore has been good. It hasn't exactly been much of a restful break as we would have hoped for. We did get a break from language and from the call to prayer though!!!! We have enjoyed the wonderful food and the believers here have been so supportive of us and really taken care of us. We have done real good navigating the trains and subways here! The kids have loved it, and we have seen how physically unfit we are!!
We have been real convicted about our exercise (or lack of it). So we are going to start that back again when we get home. Exercise is so good for our mental health. We are looking forward to getting back. We only have a couple of weeks until Idul Fitri (the breaking of the month long fast) holiday so life is exciting back home and that is exactly where we want to be. For now....we are trusting in Gods timing in all things and growing in Him....resting in Him!
