Singapore

After Shane's time in Beeland, Noah and him flew to Surabaya while Dave, Maggie, and I rode in the car and met them at the airport. I managed not to get too sick in the car, but it did take us longer than normal to get to the airport because of "demonstrations" on the road which caused it to be closed for awhile so we had to take a detour through villages to get to the airport! Life is never dull!

Singapore was nice and familiar this time around. We stayed with our friends again, and that was very familiar for the kids. Our coworkers from Beeland also were in Singapore for a visa run so we all got to spend time with them as well. We enjoyed the parks again, except for that fact that we had a wild monkey  come out of nowhere and tried to chase Maggie and I along with Ruth and baby Gideon. I dont know if we will go back to that park! Can you believe it? I wild monkey in the middle a big city like Singapore!!! All I could think about was Rabies!

We spent 2 days at the Indo embassy getting our visas. It was rough for the kids sitting and waiting. Dave especially has some trouble with it all. However, we have all our visas and today we are head to immigration here in our city to get our papers sorted out from this end. All of us have to go!

Before heading home....we enjoy our last taste of pork for awhile. Ham sandwiches from subway never tasted so good!
