Spiritual Fitness

So...how am I keeping "fit" in the midst of darkness...in the midst of our crazy busy lives???




*Every morning at 5:30am. I take my "trust" coffee mug, my blue journal, and my Bible and spend some time with the Lord.

*I listen to the Daily Audio Bible often twice a day. This is the first time I have read through the Bible listening each day. So happy that I have kept this up through all our travels.

*I often listen to James MacDonald at Walk in the Word. The best pastor I have ever heard!!!

*I listen to Family Talk with James Dobson as much as I possibly can. He is helping us raise the kids!!!!!

*I have been reading a book/devotional by Amy Carmichael called Thou Givest...They Gather.

*I am reading Always True by James MacDonald.

*For my kids, I am reading Creative Correction by Lisa Whelchel. I have been wanting to read this book for awhile, and I saw it on a friend's bookshelf here!!! So thankful!!

*Finally, to help me deal with a few things here, I am reading Culture Shock.

Now, I don't read all of these everyday. I mix them up a bit. So, that is how I am thriving right now.
