Pray for Dave

This week has been just insane! I just want to post quickly to ask you to pray for Dave this afternoon. We are going to try doing his language class again at our school. Today though, we are going to do it differently. For Dave's hour of language, Shane, Dave, Noah, Maggie, and the teacher are going to go and play at the park near the school. We really think this teacher would be great for Dave, and maybe because of Dave's past, it is important that Dave become friends with locals. We really think this teacher (Pak Sam) would be great because he is authoritative (which is unusual here), but he is just great with kids. Just pray pray pray. We really want to build positive experiences for Dave. If it goes bad today, we will probably stop. I was real encouraged yesterday though by Dave playing with a local girl here. She was the little girl that I wrote about earlier who was sick. She is all better now, and spent the day with us yesterday. Dave was asking for her to come back and play today. That was real encouraging for us.
