Weekend

We have had a busy couple of days!

I must say that Friday was a really tough day! There are a few reasons why but I won't go into too much detail. There were some problems at Dave's school and to be honest...it really got me down.

On Saturday, I was so encouraged by my skype chat with the girls at ladies camp (from Fitzgerald st in Bundy)! It was really what I needed. After Friday I was feeling pretty discouraged, but once again the Lord provided me with the encouragement I needed. So good to see friends again.

The kids (especially Dave) have been a bit homesick lately so we decided to do a few special things this weekend. Yesterday, we drove up the mountain, stayed the night in a hotel with a pool so the kids could swim, and then we all went to the local zoo this morning. It was great having some family time. Noah is on quarter break from school until wednesday so we are just enjoying the break.

I will try and upload all of our photos for you tomorrow. Pray for Shane tomorrow. He is driving (2 hours each way) to the airport to pick up our boxes from Australia. Pray for no immigration hassles!

I'm off! It's been a long day at the zoo!
