My head is spinning...

Some days I just feel like I dont get a minute to rest. Literally...I feel as if I dont stop. Even as I am trying to do this post, 2 little boys are yelling at the top of their lungs for me to push them on their swings. I love days when I am at home with the kids...days when I dont have to do the school run. I must say that I thought when the kids went to school that I would love all the time alone, but I find the school run-packing lunches-getting clothes ready-etc. to be pretty crazy and tiring. I am happy though that I am getting to experience it somewhat because when we go to Asia, that time will be gone. Anyways, I am staying home this week and just trying to give Maggie some rest and some routine.

So...what have I done today?
  • Had a shower (If I dont do it first thing, it doesnt happen)
  • Baked apple muffins for breakfast
  • Fed Maggie
  • Washed the dishes
  • Put a load of laundry on to wash.
  • Called Granny and wished her a happy birthday
  • Called Grandma and Pe-Pa and let the boys see and talk to them
  • Took a call from the prayer chain and then passed it on-while the boys fought and screamed in the background.
  • Fixed morning tea
  • Put another load of laundry on to wash
  • Fed Maggie
  • Played outside with the boys and pushed them in their swing
  • Cleaned the kitchen
  • Fixed lunch
  • Talked to Shane
  • Fed Maggie
  • Gave the boys a shower...they were black after playing outside!
  • Read the boys a story and put them to bed
  • Fixed lunch for Shane
  • Put another load of laundry on to wash
  • Worked on our latest email update
  • Did "school work" with Noah and colouring with Dave
  • Gave Maggie some naked time...then she poohed and I had to give her a bath
  • Fixed afternoon tea for the boys
  • Now...I am going back out to push the boys in their swing.
I know I am missing something...but this all makes my head spin!!! Who says that say at home moms do nothing!!!! I love my kids though and wouldnt trade it for the world.
